Deborah has a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in marriage, family and child counseling. She has been working as a licensed professional counselor and marriage and family therapist for over 20 years. She has helped many overcome a wide range of obstacles.
Deborah is compassionately committed to helping individuals navigate through their lives and the various struggles they face along the way. She feels honored to walk alongside those who are struggling and she provides a safe and supportive space, a listening ear, and non-judgmental heart for individuals to share their struggles, explore their feelings and work towards personal growth and healing, and embrace their innate potential.
While typically working from a psychodynamic/solution-focused approach, Deborah is trained and experienced in a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailors all counseling sessions to the individual needs of clients.
No matter what you are going through today, Deborah is committed to helping you develop a greater understanding of yourself and your relationships and learn strategies to more effectively address the challenges you're facing. Her primary goal is to support and guide you along a path of healing and growth and to help you gain insight and find solutions to problems and embrace a healthy and happy life.
Deborah has experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups dealing with depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, communication & conflict resolution, relationship discord, addiction, sexual abuse, trauma & post-traumatic stress disorder.
