Group Counseling

Group counseling involves a group of approximately 7 individuals who are experiencing similar struggles.

Great comfort can come from learning that you're not alone in your thoughts and feelings.

While groups are facilitated by a therapist, the group members give and receive support from one another.

Some Areas for Group Formation:

  • Anxiety &/or Depression
  • Addiction
  • Adolescent Social Support Groups
  • Eating Disorders
  • Experiencing Relational Difficulties with Family
  • Grief
  • Infertility
  • Support groups for parents (i.e struggling w/life stage changes/"empty nesting" & general parenting struggles at various stages raising children)
  • Support groups for infidelity struggles
  • Survivors of Sexual Abuse

Do you wish you had more of a sense of community in your life, instead of feeling alone?  Group therapy can help you find a sense of community with others who are going through similar struggles.

Come receive support and guidance from others who understand.

Group therapy's effectiveness lies in its ability to help you find connections with other people and their experiences. These therapist-guided sessions will help you learn more about yourself and how to improve the way you feel while feeling supported from others who understand your experience.
